Congratulations to Johnson & Bell Shareholder, Sharon L. Stanzione, who has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Ms. Stanzione was selected for her trial success handling medical malpractice litigation disputes.
For 25 years, Ms. Stanzione has successfully navigated Indiana’s medical review panel system receiving favorable results at the panel stage and at trial. She has also helped shape Indiana medical malpractice law through her arguments to the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Seventh Circuit United States Court of Appeals. In addition to her litigation work, Ms. Stanzione regularly consults with hospitals and health care facilities on risk management issues, corporate matters, and professional licensing issues.
The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only.
