Johnson & Bell Litigation Team Prevails in Binding Arbitration

J&B shareholder Julie Busch and associate David Grasso prevailed in a binding arbitration before Judge Axelrood on behalf of Waste Management. Julie took the lead on the case, which arose from a motor vehicle collision. Julie successfully impeached the plaintiff on several occasions. David assisted with the preparation throughout the matter and proceeding aribitration.
