J&B shareholder Julie Busch and associate David Grasso prevailed in a binding arbitration before Judge Axelrood on behalf of client Waste Management. Ms. Busch took the lead on the case, which arose from a motor vehicle collision in which the plaintiff was seeking compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering. Using dashcam video evidence, Ms. Busch successfully impeached the plaintiff's testimony on several occasions. She showed that the plaintiff's actions were clearly in violation of several sections of the Illinois Rules of the Road and Illinois Motor Vehicle Code. Mr. Grasso assisted with the preparation throughout the matter and proceeding arbitration. Congratulations to both on achieving this success for our client.
