David T. Grasso

David Grasso is an associate in the firm's Transportation and Premises Liability practice groups. He concentrates his client work on all facets of the litigation practice, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grasso worked with a prominent Chicago plaintiff's firm. While there, he gained valuable trial experience and third-chaired a premises liability trial, resulting in a favorable six-figure verdict for his client.

Mr. Grasso earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. Before law school he worked for more than seven years in account and operations management roles for a large logistics firm based in Chicago.
