Steven Shear focuses his practice in the area of product liability, mass torts, and general civil litigation. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in employment matters at trial. He has represented the welding industry, alcohol manufacturers, garment manufacturers, tool manufacturers, and vitamin manufacturers in product liability cases. He has worked as both local and national coordinating counsel.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, and his J.D. from DePaul University.
