Johnson & Bell President, William V. Johnson, has been honored as one of IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law’s 125 Alumni of Distinction. The law school made the announcement as part of its 125th anniversary celebration. Mr. Johnson and the other Alumni of Distinction will be formally honored at an event on November 21. According to the school, it spent nearly a year identifying and assessing more than 400 nominations as it sought “trailblazing, innovative and successful alumni who have helped shape the legal profession, given back to their communities and to the law school and helped raise the profile of Chicago-Kent on a global level.” Mr. Johnson, class of 1966, was described as an “acclaimed defense litigator.” We heartily concur.
