Stacey Cischke to Moderate Symposium with the Judges Panel on November 30

Johnson & Bell Shareholder, Stacey A. Cischke, will serve as a discussion leader at the 13th Annual Symposium with the Judges on November 30.  Sponsored by Law Bulletin Publishing, the event provides sitting judges from Cook County a forum to share their wisdom and advice with the lawyers who appear before them.  Ms. Cischke’s discussion will feature the Hon. Kathy M. Flanagan, Supervising Judge, Motion Section, the Hon. James O’Hara, Motion Section, and the Hon. Daniel A. Trevino, Motion Section.

Ms. Cischke is an experienced trial attorney who focuses her practice in the defense of healthcare organizations, individual healthcare professionals and medical practice groups. Her experience includes defending clients in lawsuits involving medical negligence, breach of privacy and general liability claims. Stacey has successfully tried multiple high-exposure cases to verdict for a wide variety of medical specialties.  Stacey is frequently invited to speak to healthcare providers on a variety of litigation topics as well as counseling clients to identify opportunities and strategies to mitigate risk.  She has also served as President of the Chicago Healthcare Risk Management Society (CHRMS), and is a member of ASHRM. Ms. Cischke is a member of The Society of Trial Lawyers and in 2014, she was selected as a “40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch.” She is consistently recognized by Leading Lawyers.
