Johnson & Bell Shareholder, Peter R. Ryndak, will be speaking on a panel at the ALFA International Business Litigation Practice Group Seminar. The seminar will be held September 5th and 6th, in Chicago. Mr. Ryndak will discuss the topic, “Laying the Foundation – Early Actions to Increase Successful Dispute Resolution.” The panel will discuss proposed best practices for dispute resolution, including efficient, early problem identification and case assessment, strategies and tactics for potential quick solutions to problems and the dispute, and much more.
Mr. Ryndak concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes and liability insurance coverage litigation. He has represented a variety of corporations and successfully handled litigation involving a wide range of issues, including contract disputes, intellectual property claims, and Qui Tam matters. Mr. Ryndak has also authored numerous articles on insurance coverage and frequently counsels clients in the drafting and interpretation of new policy forms.
