Class Action Brought Against Pneumatic Tool Company

Class action brought by glass shop workers alleging injury as a result of the use of glass cutting pneumatic tools.  Plaintiffs claimed Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome as a result of the vibration from the pneumatic tools.  They also claimed injuries to the arms and elbows.  Jury returned a verdict for the Plaintiffs on the liability issue, but did not award any damages to the class representatives.
