William A. Geiser concentrates his practice on mass tort litigation, professional liability, product liability, and long-term care litigation. Several associations have invited Mr. Geiser to speak on the topic of nursing home liability, including the Illinois Healthcare Association, Illinois Nursing Home Administrators’ Association, Defense Research Institute, and several insurance carriers.
He has tried numerous tort cases, including successfully defending a Chicago law firm sued for legal malpractice. He has also won favorable verdicts in toxic tort cases resulting in no payments by clients and multi-million dollar verdicts against the other defendants.
Holder of an honorary AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Geiser is a member of several bar associations and served as vice-chair of the ABA Law and Medicine Committee. In addition, he has also lectured for the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and numerous insurance carrier and industry trade associations.
Mr. Geiser earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his J.D. from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago – Kent College of Law.
