Susan M. Hannigan

Susan M. Hannigan concentrates her practice in the areas of health care and medical liability, where she defends hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians, nurses and other health care professionals in all phases of medical malpractice litigation, including appeals.  In addition, she regularly advises her clients on a variety of health care-related business issues, including policies and procedures, statutory issues, risk management concerns, contracts, and other issues.  She is admitted to practice in Illinois, Maryland and the District of Columbia, in the Federal District Court for Northern Illinois and Maryland and in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University of Chicago, and her J.D. from DePaul University.
