Rory L. Margulis focuses his practice in construction, product liability, toxic tort and asbestos, and transportation law. Mr. Margulis represents a variety of clients including owners, project managers, product manufacturers, premise owners, and transportation companies in all areas of litigation.
He has tried cases to verdict and handled numerous appeals for his clients in Cook County, Illinois, and the surrounding counties. He came to Johnson & Bell with extensive courtroom and trial experience. He previously represented the Fraternal Order of Police as a plaintiff’s attorney, and served at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, and his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School.
