Paul Kane is an associate in the Business Litigation and Professional Liability practice groups, concentrating his client work on general commercial litigation, business torts, and legal malpractice disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kane gained legal experience through various professional experiences. During law school, he worked as a judicial extern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Dayton Division. Mr. Kane also served as a research assistant for a law professor focusing on international taxation issues. Additionally, Mr. Kane worked in both the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives as a legislative policy intern.
Mr. Kane earned his B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude, and received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, graduating with honors. During law school, Mr. Kane was a member of the Moot Court Board as well as the Business and Finance Law Review.
