Khushbu Patel

Khushbu Patel is an associate in the Health Care practice group and concentrates her client work on all facets of the litigation, including defending medical malpractice cases involving hospitals, universities, physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals. Prior to joining Johnson and Bell, Ms. Patel served as a Judicial Law Clerk working with several judges in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.

Ms. Patel earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from DePaul University and her J.D. from DePaul College of Law where she also received a Certificate in Health Law. During law school, Ms. Patel  served as Executive Text Editor for the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law and was a finalist in the National Health Law Transactional Competition.
