Kathleen G. Lowry is an associate in the Health Care practice group and concentrates her work in the defense of healthcare organizations, individual healthcare professionals, and medical practice groups.
Ms. Lowry joined Johnson & Bell as a law clerk in 2024. During her time as a clerk, she was exposed to many of the firm’s diverse service areas, allowing her to develop a well-rounded foundation in litigation.
Ms. Lowry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside where she competed as an NCAA Division I volleyball player. She went on to earn a Certificate in Conflict Management from Lipscomb University, completing her final year of athletic eligibility as a member of the university’s volleyball team. She credits her athletic background for shaping her work ethic and competitive nature, which guides her approach to litigation and advocacy.
Ms. Lowry earned a J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where she was an active Moot Court member. She competed in the Honors Moot Court Program and was subsequently elected to the Executive Board. Ms. Lowry also served on the Board of the Sports Law Review and enjoyed her time as a member of the Sports Law Society. She received top grades in Trial Advocacy and Insurance Law.
