Haley M. Molinaro concentrates her practice in retail and general negligence, with a focus on premises liability and pharmaceutical negligence.
Prior to joining the firm, Haley served as an associate for a regional litigation firm, handling cases comprising of construction claims, catastrophic loss, products liability, and premises liability cases. She also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Raymond W. Mitchell in the Illinois Appellate Court, First Division.
Haley earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Purdue University. After graduating, she worked as a legal assistant for two years, assisting in employment-based immigration. She then attended the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where she externed at the Circuit Court of Cook County in the Chancery Division and interned at the Environmental Law and Policy Center. She served as the Executive Student Publications Editor of the UIC Law Review, Associate Justice for the Moot Court Executive Board, and President of the UIC Environmental and Energy Law Society.
