David F. Jasinski concentrates his practice in health care law, focusing on medical malpractice and long-term care defense. Mr. Jasinski represents Illinois hospitals, physicians, nurses, and medical practices, as well as long-term care and assisted living facilities in a wide variety of medical negligence matters throughout the State. Mr. Jasinski has successfully defended physicians and nurses at the federal level in civil rights and correctional healthcare litigation matters, prevailing on numerous dispositive motions through summary judgment. He also represents Chicago area universities in diverse general and premises liability matters.
Mr. Jasinski was included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2021, 2022 and 2023, and was named as an Illinois Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2018 to 2024. Mr. Jasinski received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School and his B.A. from Boston College. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
