Brendan T. Fallon focuses his practice on handling premises liability, general negligence, transportation, and trucking cases involving personal injury disputes. He graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2020. While in law school, Mr. Fallon served as the Business Editor on the Business and Commercial Law Journal. Prior to joining Johnson & Bell, he was an associate at a local insurance defense firm where he handled cases involving general negligence disputes, commercial litigation, and civil rights defense litigation.
