Angela M. Kotsalieff concentrates her practice in general negligence and product liability, and has worked with clients on matters involving employee benefits litigation and premises liability. Ms. Kotsalieff has written for Johnson & Bell’s Product Liability Newsletter, analyzing a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision affecting generic drug manufacturers. She has also written concerning a First District Illinois Appelate Court decision allowing direct common-law action against any employer for asbestos-related disease.
She earned her B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Her memberships include the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
