Since February we have welcomed three new associates, with two starting in our Chicago office and one starting in our Indiana office.
John "J.P." Sheridan focuses his practice on municipal and governmental tort
liability, premises liability, and general negligence. Prior to joining the firm, JP was
an attorney and law clerk with a Chicago litigation firm. He was also a judicial
extern with the Circuit Court of Cook County. JP earned his J.D. from Chicago-
Kent College of Law in 2025 and a B.A. from the University of Illinois in 2021.
Aaron Macchietto concentrates his practice in product liability, construction
litigation, premises liability, transportation litigation, and defending public utilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Aaron was an attorney with three personal injury firms in
Chicago. He earned his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in
2020 and a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago in 2017. Aaron was named a
“Rising Star” in personal injury litigation by Super Lawyers in 2024 and 2025.
Chidiogo Chime is a new associate in our Crown Point, IN office. She has worked
with the firm as a law clerk since 2025. Chidiogo earned her J.D. from Indiana
University Maurer School of Law in 2025 and an LLM from the University of Illinois
in 2022. Prior to law school she was a paralegal for the New York City Department
of Education.
