Aaron Macchietto is an associate attorney at Johnson & Bell, and concentrates his practice in product liability, construction litigation, premises liability, transportation litigation, and defending public utilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Macchietto served as an attorney for multiple personal injury firms in Chicago, focusing on auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, medical negligence, product liability, and construction negligence litigation.
Mr. Macchietto has participated as second chair for multiple high-stakes trial in his career. Additionally, in 2024 and 2025, Mr. Macchietto was awarded the Illinois Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” award in the area of personal injury litigation. The award is given to 2.5% of Illinois lawyers under the age of 40.
Mr. Macchietto earned a bachelor’s degree in political science at Loyola University Chicago, and a J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
