Michael B. Fitzpatrick

Michael Fitzpatrick is an associate in the Health Care practice group and concentrates his client work on the defense of cases brought for medical malpractice and under the Illinois Nursing Home Care Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fitzpatrick served as a clerk with a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, working on cases involving medical malpractice, automobile collisions, premises liability and general negligence.

He earned a B.S. degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
