Kate M. Hahn

Kate M. Hahn concentrates her practice on commercial and tort disputes in the transportation, hospitality, and retail sectors. Ms. Hahn has handled a wide range of litigation matters, including motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, product liability, and breach of contract claims. She has experience defending clients through all stages of discovery and briefing motions in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Hahn earned her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 2024, where she was a member of the mock trial team and competed at the National Trial Competition. She also served as a pro bono mediator for the Notre Dame Mediation Clinic, and as the managing productions editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. In addition to her legal coursework, Ms. Hahn was the lead singer for the Notre Dame Jazz Band.

She graduated magna cum laude in 2021 from Loyola University Chicago, earning a bachelor’s degree in both Advertising & Public Relations and Music with a concentration in vocal performance.
