Natalie Diblich concentrates her practice in retail and general negligence, with focuses on premise liability, pharmaceutical negligence, and common carrier negligence. Her secondary focus is municipality and governmental tort liability, and Section 1983 claims.
Ms. Diblich is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Federal courts in Illinois and Indiana. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Diblich represented injured parties in their suits for personal injury. She also represented individual defendants in personal injury, sexual harassment, retaliation, and EEOC charges.
Ms. Diblich earned her J.D. from John Marshall UIC Law School, where she was a member of the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honor’s Counsel. Ms. Diblich was a volunteer attorney in the John Marshall Veteran’s Legal Clinic where she provided free legal assistance to veterans. Ms. Diblich was a summer law clerk for the Cook County State Attorney’s Office and a judicial extern at the Leighton Criminal Courthouse at 26th & California. Ms. Diblich received her bachelor’s degree with honors from Roosevelt University, Chicago. She was a member of an elite research group that conducted studies on cross race identification, eye-witness testimony, and juror perception of witness/victim credibility. She was also a student volunteer and researcher with the Bluhm Legal Clinic at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Prior to becoming an attorney Ms. Diblich was a 911 dispatcher.
