Johnson & Bell Welcomes Three Attorneys

Johnson & Bell welcomes three Associate Attorneys to the firm: Bridget C. Bodee, Adam J. Costello and Brendan T. Fallon. 

Bridget C. Bodee concentrates her practice in the areas of construction litigation and product liability. Before joining Johnson & Bell, Bridget clerked for Judge James P. Flannery, Jr. in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. While in law school, Bridget worked as a law clerk at a prominent boutique litigation law firm.  She received her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2021 where she was a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient and a member of the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Council. She also mediated disputes through the Center for Conflict Resolution’s volunteer mediator program. Since graduation, Bridget has served as a coach and mentor for UIC’s alternative dispute resolution teams. Bridget received her B.A. from Marquette University in 2017. She was a four-year Division I athlete on the Women’s Track and Field Team.

Adam Costello is an associate in the Health Care practice group and concentrates his practice on defending medical malpractice cases involving hospitals, universities, physicians, nurses, and nursing homes. Before joining Johnson & Bell, Adam worked as an associate for MGE Trust based out of Lansing, Michigan for two years, where he focused on developing and maintaining a multimillion-dollar perpetual trust.  Adam received his J.D. from DePaul College of Law with a concentration in Business Law and Health Care. During his time at DePaul, he took an active role in various student organizations, including the Student Bar Association. Additionally, he was admitted to the prestigious exchange program with Vienna University of Economics and Business during his second year. Prior to attending DePaul College of Law, he attended DePaul University where he earned bachelor’s degrees in both economics and finance.

Brendan T. Fallon focuses his practice on handling premises liability, general negligence, transportation and trucking cases involving personal injury disputes.  He graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2020.  While in law school, Mr. Fallon served as the Business Editor on the Business and Commercial Law Journal.  Prior to joining Johnson & Bell, he was an associate at a local insurance defense firm where he handled cases involving general negligence disputes, commercial litigation, and civil rights defense litigation.
