Danielle E. Austriaco focuses her practice on general litigation, including cases involving products liability, premises liability, toxic torts, professional liability, class actions, First Amendment and media issues, and business and commercial liability.
Ms. Austriaco received her B.A. in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While she was a student at Chicago-Kent, Ms. Austriaco served as Internal Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and also participated in several national mock trial competitions on Chicago-Kent’s nationally ranked Trial Advocacy Team. Since graduation, Ms. Austriaco has assisted in the coaching and mentoring of national mock trial competition teams. She is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association. Prior to joining Johnson & Bell, Ms. Austriaco worked at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office’s Civil Actions Bureau, where she handled labor, employment, and administrative review matters.
