Christopher J. Grabarek focuses his practice on health care and insurance coverage defense, with an emphasis on the defense of medical malpractice claims against hospitals, physicians and other health care providers. He has tried cases throughout Northern Indiana involving medical malpractice and civil litigation, and is uniquely qualified to guide clients through the challenges and complexities of the litigation process. His experience includes Indiana medical review panel procedures, pre-trial litigation, and Jury Trial litigation on all levels. During the course of his career he has tried more than 80 jury trials, and he has had hundreds of bench trials and contested hearings.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law.
