The use of computer forensics in trade secret litigation was the focus of a recent interview between Johnson & Bell Shareholder, Joseph R. Marconi, and Lee Neubecker, chief information security officer at HaystackID. Joe and Lee have worked together several times over the years on various trade secret litigation and other matters. Mr. Marconi recently worked with Victor J. Pioli and Peter R. Ryndak on a contentious patent infringement and trade secret case.
Joe is chair of Johnson & Bell's Business Litigation group and its Professional Liability group. In addition to handling trade secret litigation, he regularly defends attorneys, accountants, appraisers and brokers in professional malpractice disputes.
