Genevieve M. LeFevour successfully defended a Chicago-area hospital facing four unfair labor practice (ULP) charges. The group was notified by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) that it had ruled in favor of Johnson & Bell’s hospital client in three cases involving ULP charges against the hospital. In a fourth case, the former employee withdrew her ULP charge – another favorable outcome for Johnson & Bell’s client. In each case, Johnson & Bell was required to file a position statement, respond to discovery requests by the NLRB, and present witnesses to the NLRB as a part of its investigation.
