As part of its celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Region IX of the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) recently recognized Johnson & Bell Associate, Chaniece M. Hill. The HNBA is highlighting lawyers, judges, and law students of African descent during Hispanic Heritage Month this year. Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15th-October 15th.
Ms. Hill has been an Associate at Johnson & Bell since 2018. She concentrates her practice defending hospitals, health care institutions, long-term care facilities and their professionals in medical malpractice litigation. As a law student, she was at the top of her class and was a member of the John Marshall Law Review. At Johnson & Bell she is an active member of the Diversity Committee and the Women’s Initiative. Chaniece is also an active member of the Chicagoland Healthcare Risk Management Society (CHRMS) and the Illinois Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ISHRM).
