Judge Dismisses Hospital with Prejudice from Ladder Lawsuit

Johnson & Bell Associates, David J. Thompson and Mackenzie J. Mahony, obtained summary judgment in favor of their hospital client in a premises liability matter involving a ladder lawsuit.
