Johnson & Bell Shareholder, Joseph F. Spitzzeri, will be conducting Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Reasonable Accommodation training on Friday, October 16, 2015.  The training session will address employee responsibilities with regards to reasonable accommodations, as well as employers’ role in the process.  Mr. Spitzzeri also will review the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) Interpretive Guidance requirements when an employee requests a reasonable accommodation in their job.  Mr. Spitzzeri is co-chair of Johnson & Bell’s Employment group and regularly counsels clients on a variety of employment issues.
