Robert Spitkovsky, Jr. concentrates on toxic tort litigation, having extensive experience in asbestos and continuous exposure-related cases. Mr. Spitkovsky deals mostly in cases involving asbestos abatement in commercial property. Arguing in front of courts up to the Illinois Supreme Court, he regularly defends and wins favorable verdicts for suppliers of products containing asbestos in personal injury litigation. In addition, he handles all stages of toxic tort litigation involving products containing asbestos, silica and other hazardous chemicals alleged to be found in work-related environments and commercial property sites.
He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
He earned his undergraduate degree and J.D. from Drake University.
