Jeremy A. Kogan concentrates his practice in retail and general negligence, with focuses on premise liability, pharmaceutical negligence and intentional torts. Mr. Kogan has experience in all stages of litigation, including: case management conferences, motion hearings, arbitrations, settlements, depositions and drafting motions.
In law school, he was Publications Editor of the Consumer Law Review and published the article, Buzzkill: Use of Product Liability Doctrines in Litigation Against Energy Drink Manufacturers, 26 Loy. Consumer L. Review 316 (2014). In addition, he received a Certificate in Advocacy and was a law clerk at several insurance defense firms.
Prior to joining Johnson & Bell, Mr. Kogan worked for a defense firm in Chicago where he represented clients against claims of premises liability, construction negligence, property damage, motor vehicle accidents and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
