Gregory M. White focuses his practice on addressing the business and legal interests of privately held and family owned companies, as well as corporate, professional, real estate and banking clients. He regularly advises his clients on matters involving general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, commercial finance, and trust and estate planning issues. Mr. White counsels his general business and professional clients on a broad spectrum of their legal needs from the initial formation of their company through its disposition. His transactional experience has included completing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of small to mid-size manufacturing and service businesses that have in total exceeded $750 million in value.
He has handled commercial real estate purchases, sales and exchanges for his clients including office buildings and hotels and prepared and negotiated real estate leases for retail, commercial and industrial tenants and landlords. Mr. White also represents lenders in preparing their commercial loan documentation. He advises clients on succession planning and wealth transfer matters preparing wills and trusts of all levels of complexity.
