David A. Warnick concentrates his practice in premises liability, general liability and product liability.  His cases have involved personal injuries associated with elevators, ladder accidents, and automobile accidents. Mr. Warnick also handles transportation and general negligence litigation for refuse and recycling companies, food companies and over-the-road haulers. In addition, he represents clients in health care law, focusing on medical malpractice defense. These cases cover a wide range of claims brought against hospitals and skilled nursing facilities throughout Illinois.

Mr. Warnick received his J.D. from Capital University Law School. While earning his degree, he worked as law clerk for a personal injury law firm. In addition, he externed for Judge Norah McCann King at the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also externed at the Federal Public Defenders office in Ohio working on death penalty appeals.
