Brian C. Langs is involved in litigation and general corporate matters at Johnson & Bell. His litigation practice focuses on handling business litigation, professional liability and product liability disputes. In addition, he addresses a number of real estate and general corporate issues, and negotiates large-event hospitality agreements for commercial real estate development companies, car dealerships, national and international association management companies, and other business entities. Mr. Langs also has handled estate planning disputes, representing trustees and beneficiaries. These disputes have included complaints for breach of fiduciary duty and conflicts of interest.
While attending Chicago-Kent College of Law, Mr. Langs was a judicial extern for United States Magistrate Judge Michael Mason in the Northern District Court of Illinois. He also held the post of Editor-in-Chief of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. Prior to law school, he served as a project assistant with an international commercial law firm in Chicago, where he worked in the firm’s intellectual property litigation department. He has an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
