Mr. Schneiderman concentrates his practice in medical malpractice litigation and health care liability. He has experience representing hospitals, physicians, and other health care professionals in all phases of litigation. He also defends hospital facilities in premises liability matters. In addition, Mr. Schneiderman has represented clients in commercial litigation and other litigation matters. In his spare time, Mr. Schneiderman serves as a youth basketball coach. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois and earned his JD from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
According to Johnson, Johnson & Bell has added several Shareholders in the past few years, including Health Care Shareholders, Susan M. Hannigan and Tammy L. Wade. In April, Patricia A. Ryan joined the firm as a Shareholder in its Insurance group. The firm also added two corporate and real estate attorneys last year in John D. Malarkey and Gregory M. White. It also added D. Patterson Gloor, Stephen P. Ellenbecker and Steven M. Shear in late fall, a group with substantial experience in mass tort and insurance defense work.
