Johnson & Bell Shareholder, Edward W. Hearn, and Associate, Jennifer M. Carpenter, recently authored the Indiana section of a 50-state transportation law compendium. The compendium is designed to provide information for transportation, trucking and other companies concerning relevant transportation law issues across the nation such as: significant trucking verdicts, regulations relating to automated driving systems, statutory caps dealing with damage awards, and much more.

The transportation compendium was compiled by the ALFA International Transportation Practice Group. Founded in 1980, ALFA International was the first and continues to be one of the largest and strongest legal networks, with member firms around the world.  Johnson & Bell is the exclusive Chicago, northern Illinois and northwest Indiana member of ALFA International.
