Diversity

A priority for the Firm is the development and advancement of female and diverse attorneys.  To further this goal, the Firm has a Diversity Committee.  The partners on the Diversity Committee provide introductory profiles of all diverse associates to the Firm's Management Committee on an annual basis.

Patrick Morris, the Chair of the Diversity Committee, and the partners on the Committee meet regularly with the Management Committee of the Firm in order to monitor the progress of diverse associates.  The Chair of the Diversity Committee reviews the evaluations and utilization rates of diverse associates on an ongoing basis in order to ascertain the development of diverse associates.  The Chair of the Diversity Committee addresses special concerns of diverse associates and is the liaison with the Firm's administration in order to resolve workplace issues related to diversity.
