Diversity

A priority for the Firm is the development and advancement of female and diverse attorneys.  To further this goal, the Firm has a Diversity Committee.  The attorneys on the Diversity Committee provide introductory profiles of all diverse associates to the Firm's Management Committee on an annual basis.

Stephen P. Ellenbecker and Jessica K. Velez co-Chair the Diversity Committee, and the attorneys on the Committee meet regularly with the Management Committee of the Firm in order to monitor the progress of diverse associates.  The co-Chairs of the Diversity Committee review evaluations and utilization rates of diverse associates on an ongoing basis in order to ascertain the development of diverse associates.
