The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) reports that retaliation is the most frequently alleged basis of employment discrimination.  The agency recently released the guidelines of its final enforcement guidance on retaliation and other related issues.  Joseph F. Spitzzeri, co-chair of Johnson & Bell's Employment practice, provides an overview of the guidelines.
